Please download the app from https://majix.tech/softwares/ and connect via wifi to the 3D hologram device and then open app and use upload option
If using windows, please ensure the file name is renamed to one not having any spaces.
If using android, please save the video from whatsapp video album to camera roll or gallery album and then try uploading.

Please check the LED signal lights behind. They should be red & green in basic operating status before fan starts. Please press the long button to 5-6 seconds and then check if the lights become red and green. Try again till it happens.
Device maybe connected to cloud. Switch fan motor off using app & please press behind both long and short buttons for 5-6 seconds alternatively till LED signals become red and green.
